Preorder policy

Preorders let you reserve upcoming Japanese releases before they hit general retail. Because manufacturer dates can shift, please review the terms below.

Payment

Preorders are charged at purchase (or according to the checkout flow shown for that item). Prices reflect expected Japanese retail plus our sourcing and shipping costs and may differ from later restock pricing.

Release dates

Estimated release and ship windows are based on publisher announcements and distributor schedules. Dates can move without notice. We update product pages when we learn of delays and ship as soon as stock arrives.

Allocations & cancellations

• If a release is cancelled by the manufacturer, we refund the full preorder amount.
• If our allocation is reduced, we may partially cancel orders in the reverse order they were placed and refund affected items.
• You may request cancellation before we mark the order as preparing to ship — email hello@meccha.store.

Combined shipments

When possible, we combine multiple preorder items into one shipment. Mixed in-stock + preorder carts may ship in separate packages once each item is ready.
