Returns & refunds

We want you to be confident buying Japanese sealed product and singles online. Please read this policy before opening sealed items.

Sealed product

Unopened sealed boosters, boxes, and accessories may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they remain factory-sealed with original packaging intact. Opened sealed product cannot be returned unless it arrived damaged or defective.

Singles & graded cards

Raw and graded singles are final sale once the grading/condition shown on the product page matches what you received. If a slab arrives cracked or the wrong card was sent, contact us within 48 hours with photos.

Damaged in transit

Photograph the outer packaging and damaged items before discarding anything, then email hello@meccha.store within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or refund after reviewing the claim with the carrier.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
