The store

Meccha sells Japanese Pokémon TCG products and related accessories to international customers. Product availability, pricing, and descriptions may change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.

Accounts & orders

You are responsible for providing accurate checkout information. Orders are offers to purchase; acceptance occurs when we confirm and prepare shipment. Risk of loss transfers when the carrier takes possession of the package, except where local law requires otherwise.

Pricing & currency

Prices are displayed in USD unless stated otherwise and may include applicable fees shown at checkout. Promotional codes have their own rules and may be withdrawn at any time.

Intellectual property

Site design, copy, and original photography are owned by Meccha or our licensors. Product names and artwork belong to their respective trademark holders.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meccha is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or purchased products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to our business operations in Japan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Consumer protections in your country of residence may still apply.
